Overnights: ‘SRGMP Lil Champs’ final puts ZEE TV at No.1 on Sunday in UK

In a rare victory for ZEE TV, the final of ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs’ put the broadcaster at No.1 in UK ratings on Sunday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

ZEE TV grabbed a share of 0.15% – its largest share after a long period. The show, which aired between 19:00 and 22:30 was watched by 61,400 viewers – peaking at 100,500 viewers – the biggest audience for a non-film property on the broadcaster ever. The series was won by Aryananda Babu.

ZEE TV clocked up a share of 0.15%, followed by Colors with 0.14%, Sony TV with 0.11%, New Vision TV with 0.07%, Geo TV with 0.05%, Hum TV, Colors Rishtey, B4U Music, Kanshi TV and Sony MAX 2 with 0.03%, Star Plus, Star Bharat, Geo News, Colors Cineplex, Samaa TV, Aaj Tak, ARY Family, Sony SAB TV and Sony MAX with 0.02%.

On Colors, ‘Choti Sarrdaarni’ was watched by 39,000 viewers at 19:30, followed by ‘Bigg Boss 14’ at 21:30 with 27,500 viewers and repeat at 17:00 with 23,300 viewers. Movie ‘Amar Akbar Anthony’ pulled in 18,200 viewers at 13:30.

On Sony TV, ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ led with 57,000 viewers at 21:30, followed by ‘India’s Best Dancer’ at 20:00 with 23,200 viewers and ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ at 18:30 with 13,800 viewers.

On Geo TV, ‘Umeed’ was top show with 33,800 viewers at 19:00.

On Hum TV, ‘Sabaat’ led with 15,900 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Tarap’ at 22:00 with 13,900 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ led with 9,200 viewers and movie ‘War’ at 21:00 pulled in 3,500 viewers.

On ZEE Cinema, movie premiere of ‘Dream Girl’ at 18:00 raked in 1,700 viewers.
