Overnights: SPA 2016 peaks at 100k

This year’s Star Parivaar Awards proved a hit in UK ratings last night with a peak over 100k viewers, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

The event, which was dominated by ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ taking home the biggest prizes, was aired between 20:00 and 23:00. It averaged with 67,000 viewers – peaking at 99,300 viewers. The spin-off show ‘Star Parivaar Awards Party’ at 23:00 raked in 31,000 viewers. Also on the channel, ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ was the most watched fiction with 106,100 viewers at 19:30, followed by ‘Mere Angne Mein’ at 18:00 with 96,000 viewers and ‘Saathiya’ at 19:00 with 87,200 viewers. Earlier in the day, ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ at 14:30 was watched by 15,200 viewers.

On Colors, ‘India’s Got Talent’ at 21:00 took lead with 20,500 viewers, followed by ‘Box Cricket League’ at 17:00 with 17,300 viewers and ‘Naagin’ at 19:00 with 16,100 viewers.

On Rishtey, ‘Thapki’ stayed ahead with 28,900 viewers, followed by ‘Madhubala’ at 19:30 with 20,500 viewers and ‘Phulwa’ at 19:00 with 12,200 viewers.

On &TV, movie ‘Akhree Raasta’ at 12:30 was most watched on the channel with 14,200 viewers, followed by movie ‘Phata Poster Nikhla Hero’ at 16:00 with 7,900 viewers and ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ at 20:00 with 7,200 viewers.

On SAB TV, classic movie ‘Silsila’ at 20:30 took lead with 14,700 viewers at 20:30.

On Hum TV, ‘Akbari Asghari’ at 21:00 fetched 37,900 viewers, followed by ‘Abro’ at 20:00 with 31,400 viewers and ‘Mr Shamim’ at 19:30 with 11,700 viewers.

On Geo TV, ‘Sangdil’ delivered 16,600 viewers, followed by ‘Kahan Tum Chalay Gaye’ at 19:00 with 11,200 viewers.
