Overnights: Sony TV topples Star Plus from top on Thursday in UK

Sony Entertainment Television returned to the No.1 position, overtaking Star Plus on Thursday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Sony TV delivered a share of 0.14%, followed closely behind by Star Plus with 0.13%, New Vision TV with 0.08%, Geo News with 0.06%, Star Gold, Hum TV, Geo TV and Colors Cineplex with 0.04%, Colors, Colors Rishtey, Venus TV and Sony SAB TV with 0.03%, ZEE TV and Star Bharat with 0.02%.

Sony TV’s top attractions on Thursday were ‘Patiala Babes’ with a record 68,000 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Ladies Special’ at 21:45 with 50,500 viewers and ‘Crime Patrol’ at 22:30 with 49,200 viewers. ‘Mere Sai’ was watched by 27,800 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’ at 20:30 was top show with 51,100 viewers, followed by ‘Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum’ at 20:00 with 40,100 viewers, ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 with 36,600 viewers, ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ at 21:00 with 31,900 viewers, ‘Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji’ at 19:00 with 26,500 viewers, ‘Ek Bhram’ at 18:30 with 24,800 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ at 22:00 with 22,400 viewers and ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 21,800 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Meer Aabroo’ at 22:00 led with 11,200 viewers, followed by ‘Kun Faya Kun’ at 20:00 with 6,800 viewers and ‘Madiha Maliha’ repeat at 15:00 with 5,000 viewers.

On Geo TV, ‘Mera Rab Waris’ was watched by 23,700 viewers, followed by ‘Bharosa’ at 21:00 with 11,300 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Choti Sarrdaarni’ stayed top with 18,600 viewers, followed by ‘Silsila’ and ‘Gathbhandhan’ with 6,800 viewers.

On ZEE TV, ‘Guddan’ topped ratings with 10,800 viewers, followed by ‘Rajaa Betaa’ at 18:00 with 10,500 viewers.

Movie ‘Kachche Dhaage’ at 11:45 on Colors Cineplex was biggest movie on Thursday with 9,700 viewers.
