Overnights: Sony TV topples rivals to take No.1 spot on Friday in UK

Sony Entertainment Television overtook rival channels on Friday in UK, with ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 11’ proving the biggest show, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Sony TV registered a share of 0.15%, followed by Star Plus with 0.10%, Hum TV and PTC Punjabi with 0.06%, New Vision TV, NDTV 24×7, BritAsia TV, Sony SAB TV and ZEE TV with 0.04%, Hum Masala, B4U Movies, Geo News, Colors, Colors Rishtey, Colors Cineplex, Geo TV with 0.03%, Star Bharat and Star Gold with 0.02%.

Sony TV’s biggest attractions on Friday were ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 11’ with 55,900 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Patiala Babes’ at 20:30 with 32,400 viewers, ‘Crime Patrol’ at 22:30 with 29,400 viewers at 23:00 and ‘Mere Sai’ at 19:00 with 25,900 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ was top show with 42,700 viewers, followed by ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ at 21:00 with 41,200 viewers, ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’ at 20:30 with 33,500 viewers, ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 with 26,900 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ at 18:00 with 24,900 viewers, ‘Sanjivani’ at 19:00 with 22,100 viewers, ‘Ek Bhram’ at 18:30 with 19,200 viewers and ‘Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum’ at 20:00 with 16,900 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Jaal’ led with 31,700 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Ishq Zeh-e-Naseeb’ at 20:00 with 25,300 viewers.

On ZEE TV, ‘Punar Vivah’ was watched by 26,300 viewers at 13:30, followed by ‘Rajaa Betaa’ at 18:00 with 14,700 viewers and ‘Yeh Teri Galiyaan’ at 17:30 with 14,200 viewers.
