Overnights: Sony TV thrashes rivals on Friday in UK

Sony TV took a clear lead on Friday after thrashing rival broadcasters, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Sony TV delivered a share of 0.15%, followed by Colors with 0.08%, Star Plus with 0.07%, PTC Punjabi with 0.06%, Hum TV, ZEE Cinema, Aaj Tak and Colors Rishtey with 0.04%, Sony MAX and Sony MAX 2 with 0.03%, ZEE TV, Geo TV, New Vision TV, Dunya News, Colors Cineplex, B4U Movies, ARY Digital, Republic Bharat and Geo News with 0.02%.

Sony TV’s top attractions were ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 12’ with 60,700 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Crime Patrol’ at 23:15 with 55,100 viewers and ‘Indiawaali Ma’ at 20:30 with 42,200 viewers.

Colors’ top shows on Friday were ‘Bigg Boss 14’ with 54,100 viewers at 21:30, followed by ‘Choti Sarrdaarni’ at 19:30 with 21,600 viewers and ‘Shakti’ repeat at 23:30 with 14,100 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Anupamaa’ led with 70,700 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Yeh Hai Chahatein’ at 19:30 and ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 24,700 viewers, ‘Shaadi Mubarak’ at 20:30 with 23,100 viewers, ‘Lockdown Ki Love Story’ at 22:00 with 16,100 viewers, ‘Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein’ at 21:00 with 8,900 viewers, ‘Yehh Jadu Hai Jinn Ka’ at 22:30 with 6,600 viewers, ‘Saathiya 2’ at 19:00 with 6,000 viewers and ‘Taare Zameen Par’ at 18:00 with 1,800 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Zebaish’ was watched by 17,400 viewers at 20:00, followed by repeat at 17:00 with 14,700 viewers and ‘Tum Ho Waja’ repeat at 18:00 with 12,500 viewers.

On ZEE TV, ‘Tujhse Hai Raabta’ led with 8,400 viewers at 20:30, followed by ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ at 21:30 with 7,600 viewers and ‘Qurbaan Hua’ at 21:00 with 7,400 viewers.
