Overnights: Sony TV & Sony MAX 2 lead entertainment genre on Tuesday

Sony TV and Sony MAX 2 emerged as the leading entertainment broadcasters in UK ratings, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

While Urdu news channel New Vision TV led overall ratings, the Sony branded channels performed well in the entertainment genre. New Vision TV led with a share of 0.12%, followed by Sony TV and Sony MAX 2 with 0.09%, Star Plus with 0.08%, Hum TV with 0.07%, Colors Cineplex and Aaj Tak with 0.05%, Colors Rishtey with 0.04%, ZEE TV, PTC Punjabi, Republic Bharat and Colors with 0.03%, Star Gold, Star Bharat, B4U Movies, NDTV 24×7 and Samaa TV with 0.02% and Geo TV with 0.01%.

Sony TV’s top attractions were ‘Mere Dad Ki Dulhan’ at 21:00 with 41,500 viewers, followed by ‘Crime Patrol’ at 22:00 with 28,400 viewers, ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ at 16:30 with 24,900 viewers.

On Sony MAX 2, ‘Virasat’ was watched by 21,200 viewers at 09:30, followed by ‘Biwi Ho To Aisi’ at 19:00 with 17,800 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Kasautii Zindagi Kay’ was top show overall with 56,600 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 47,400 viewers, ‘Yeh Hai Chahatein’ at 19:30 with 29,200 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ at 19:00 with 25,500 viewers and ‘Anupamaa’ at 20:00 with 18,300 viewers. ‘Yehh Jadu Hai Jinn Ka’ at 22:00 pulled in just 1,100 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Kashf’ was watched by 47,700 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Soteli Maamta’ at 19:30 with 18,500 viewers and ‘Na Laaiq’ at 19:00 with 18,100 viewers.

On ZEE TV, ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ delivered 26,900 viewers at 21:30 and ZEE News bulletin at 18:00 pulled in 22,900 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Choti Sarrdaarni’ raked in 16,500 viewers at 19:30.
