Overnights: Sony TV rules on Saturday in UK; Star Plus close behind

Sony Entertainment Television topped UK ratings on Saturday, while rival Star Plus was close behind, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Sony TV delivered a share of 0.16%, followed by Star Plus with 0.14%, Hum Masala with 0.11%, PTC Punjabi with 0.07%, Colors with 0.06%, Sony MAX 2 with 0.04%, Hum TV, Star Bharat, Sony SAB TV, Colors Rishtey and Sony MAX with 0.03%, ZEE Cinema, New Vision TV, BritAsia TV, ARY Family, B4U Music, B4U Movies, Colors Cineplex and Geo TV with 0.02% and ZEE TV with 0.01%.

Sony Entertainment Television’s biggest attractions on Saturday were ‘Indian Idol 11’ semi-final with 91,800 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ at 21:45 with 32,200 viewers and repeat of the show at 18:30 with 11300 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Dance+ 5’ final at 20:00 was watched by 55,700 viewers, followed by the repeat of the show at 18:00 with 23,200 viewers and ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ at 14:30 with 20,800 viewers. ‘Divya Drishti’ at 23:00 pulled in 12,000 viewers.

On Hum Masala, PSL 2020 kept the channel on a good run with around 20,000 viewers tuning in for the first match at 11:00, followed by 30,000 viewers average for the second match at 16:00.

On Colors, the first episode of ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ at 21:30 disappointed with just 12,900 viewers, while Femina Miss India at 15:00 pulled in 16,100 viewers. The top show on the channel with ‘Choti Sarrdaarni’ at 19:30 raked in 26,000 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Tera Yahan Koi Nahi’ repeat at 08:00 was watched by 9,100 viewers, while movie ‘Verna’ at 21:00 delivered 4,400 viewers. ‘Deewar-e-Shab’ at 20:00 mustered in 6,300 viewers.

On ARY Family, ‘Bulbulay’ topped ratings with 18,000 viewers at 18:30, followed by ‘Ghalati’ at 17:45 with 17,000 viewers.

On ZEE TV, movie ‘Gold’ at 15:00 attracted 3,700 viewers.
