Overnights: Sony TV returns to No.1 on Thursday in UK
A resurgent Sony Entertainment Television bounced back to the No.1 position in UK ratings on Thursday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.
On Wednesday, Sony MAX to the lead owing to its Pakistan V Sri Lanka cricket coverage. However, on Thursday, Sony TV clinched back the lead from its sister channel with a huge share of 0.21%, followed by Star Plus with 0.17%, Colors, PTC Punjabi and New Vision TV with 0.07%, BritAsia TV with 0.06%, Star Gold and Hum Masala with 0.05%, Hum TV and Sony SAB TV with 0.04%, Colors Rishtey and Samaa TV with 0.03%, Star Bharat, ZEE TV, ZEE Cinema, Sony MAX, Sony MAX 2, Prime TV, Geo News and Geo TV with 0.02%.
Sony TV’s biggest attractions on Thursday were ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ at 21:00 with a whopping 80,500 viewers, followed by ‘Crime Patrol’ at 23:00 with 51,800 viewers, ‘Tara From Satara’ at 22:30 with 50,600 viewers, ‘Patiala Babes’ at 20:30 with 41,100 viewers and ‘Crime Patrol’ at midnight with 29,700 viewers.
On Star Plus, ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ raked in 59,000 viewers at 19:30, followed by ‘Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum’ at 20:00 with 58,200 viewers, ‘Sanjivani’ at 19:00 with 49,900 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 34,800 viewers, ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ at 21:00 with 28,900 viewers, ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’ at 20:30 with 24,700 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ at 18:00 with 22,500 viewers and ‘Nazar’ at 22:00 with 19,500 viewers. ‘Namah’ struggled with 9,700 viewers at 18:30.
On Colors, ‘Bigg Boss 13’ was watched by 22,000 viewers, followed by ‘Choti Sarrdaarni’ at 19:30 with 20,100 viewers. Earlier in the day, repeat of ‘Bigg Boss 13’ at 13:00 pulled in 26,900 viewers.
On Hum TV, ‘Muaqaddas’ led with 15,000 viewers at 21:00.
On ZEE TV, ‘Guddan’ delivered 27,700 viewers at 18:30.
