Overnights: Sony TV leaps ahead of rivals with ‘Indian Idol 12’ hitting 100k
Sony TV thrashed all rivals on Saturday in UK ratings with ‘Indian Idol 12’ grabbing over 100,000 viewers – making it the top rated show of the day, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.
Sony TV delivered a share of 0.21%, Colors with 0.012%, Star Plus with 0.10%, Hum TV with 0.04%, Star Gold, B4U Movies and PTC Punjabi with 0.03%, ZEE TV, Colors Rishtey, New Vision TV, Dunya News, Aaj Tak, Sony SAB TV and Sony MAX 2 with 0.02%, Republic Bharat with 0.01% and Geo TV with a zero share.
Sony TV’s top attractions on Saturday were ‘Indian Idol 12’ with a record 106,600 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ at 21:30 with 77,700 viewers, ‘Crime Patrol’ at 23:00 with 24,600 viewers and ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ at 18:30 with 14,900 viewers.
On Colors, ‘Bigg Boss 14’ led with 74,500 viewers, followed by ‘Choti Sarrdaarni’ at 19:30 with 37,700 viewers and ‘Namak Issk Ka’ at 14:00 with 25,300 viewers.
On Star Plus, ‘Anupamaa’ led with 88,000 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Ghum Hai Kiskikey Pyaar Mein’ at 21:00 with 51,200 viewers, ‘Shaadi Mubarak’ at 20:30 with 36,500 viewers, ‘Yeh Hai Chahatein’ at 19:30 with 35,300 viewers, ‘Saathiya 2’ at 19:00 with 34,800 viewers and ‘Shaurya’ at 18:30 with 33,100 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 15,500 viewers, ‘Lockdown Ki Love Story’ at 22:00 with 8,900 viewers and ‘Imlie’ at 22:30 with 6,200 viewers.
On ZEE TV, movie ‘Ujda Chaman’ led with 9,000 viewers at 14:00.
On Hum TV, ‘Dulhan’ was top show with 12,700 viewers at 18:00, followed by ‘Qarar’ with 12,200 viewers at 15:00 and ‘Rehai’ at 16:05 with 11,600 viewers.
