Overnights: Sony TV leads on Saturday in UK

Sony Entertainment Television topped UK ratings on Saturday with its prime time shows proving a huge draw, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Sony TV registered a share of 0.15%, followed by PTC Punjabi with 0.13%, Star Plus and New Vision TV with 0.10%, Hum TV and Sony SAB TV with 0.06%, Geo TV with 0.04%, Colors and ZEE TV with 0.03% and ARY Family with 0.01%.

The biggest shows on Sony TV were ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ at 21:30 with 47,000 viewers, followed by ‘Superstar Singer’ at 20:00 with 40,000 viewers and repeat of the show at 14:00 with 8,700 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’ at 17:00 pulled in 26,400 viewers, followed by the earlier episode at 16:30 with 22,200 viewers, ‘Tyohar Ki Thaali’ at 18:00 with 19,400 viewers and ‘Nach Baliye 9’ at 20:00 with 15,200 viewers. ‘Divya Drishti’ at 23:30 raked in 11,400 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Deewar-e-Shab’ at 20:00 delivered 26,100 viewers, followed by ‘Shanakht’ at 21:00 with 25,600 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Dance Deewane’ led with 6,300 viewers.

On ZEE TV, ‘Dance India Dance’ attracted 7,200 viewers at 19:30.
