Overnights: Sony TV leads on dull Wednesday in UK

Sony Entertainment Television remained the UK’s No.1 Asian TV broadcaster on Wednesday, despite a dull day for UK Asian TV channels, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Sony TV delivered a share of 0.14%, followed by Star Plus with 0.10%, Hum TV with 0.08%, Colors with 0.07%, Geo TV with 0.06%, Sony MAX and New Vision TV with 0.05%, Geo News with 0.04%, ZEE TV and Colors Rishtey with 0.03%.

Sony TV’s biggest attractions on Wednesday were ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 11’ at 21:00 with 66,300 viewers, followed by ‘Mere Sai’ at 19:30 with 36,300 viewers, ‘Patiala Babes’ at 20:30 with 28,800 viewers, ‘Tara From Satara’ at 22:30 with 22,100 viewers and repeat of the show at 19:30 with 21,700 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ stayed top with 50,000 viewers at 19:30, followed by ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ at 21:00 with 24,000 viewers, ‘Sanjivani’ at 19:00 with 22,400 viewers, ‘Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum’ at 20:00 with 17,500 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 13,600 viewers, ‘Nazar’ at 22:30 with 8,400 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ at 18:00 with 7,300 viewers and ‘Yehh Jadu Hai Jinn Ka’ at 22:00 with 2,400 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Khaas’ was strongest show with 59,400 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Ahmed Habib Ki Betiyan’ 18:30 with 11,000 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Bigg Boss 13’ was watched by 26,300 viewers at 21:00, followed by repeat of the show at 13:00 with 21,500 viewers and ‘Choti Sarrdaarni’ at 19:30 with 12,300 viewers.

On Geo TV, ‘Makafat’ was top show with 24,700 viewers at 19:00.

On ZEE TV, ‘Guddan’ pulled in 15,800 viewers at 18:30.
