Overnights: Sony SAB TV & New Vision TV lead on Easter Sunday in UK


Sony SAB TV and New Vision TV emerged as the leading Asian TV broadcasters on Easter Sunday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

The two channels delivered a share of 0.09%, followed by Star Plus and Sony MAX with 0.07%, ZEE TV with 0.06%, Sony Entertainment Television, Hum TV, Dunya News, Star Bharat, B4U Movies and Geo TV with 0.04%, ZEE Cinema with 0.03%, Colors Cineplex, Samaa TV, B4U Music, Venus TV, Colors and Colors Rishtey with 0.02%.

On Sony SAB TV, movie ‘Satellite Shankar’ was watched by 27,200 viewers at 19:30, followed by ‘Crime Patrol’ at 22:15 with 15,800 viewers and movie ‘Mohabbatein’ at 15:00 with 14,500 viewers.

On New Vision TV, (Headline News not included) ‘Sawaal Yeh Hai’ was top with 32,000 viewers, followed by ‘Aitraaz Hai’ with 31,400 viewers at 12:15 and ‘News’ at 11:05 with 30,000 viewers.

On Star Plus, movie ‘Bala’ raked in 26,800 viewers at 15:30, followed by movie ‘Singham’ at 21:00 with 15,000 viewers and ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ at 14:30 with 9,800 viewers.

On Sony MAX, ‘Fanney Khan’ pulled in 28,500 viewers.

On ZEE TV, ‘Coolie’ was watched by 15,300 viewers at 10:30, followed by ‘Notebook’ at 15:00 with 11,500 viewers.

On Sony Entertainment Television, ‘Crime Patrol’ led with 13,000 viewers at 15:30, followed by 01:15 episode with 13,600 viewers and ‘Super Dancer’ repeat at 16:30 with 10,700 viewers.

On Geo TV, ‘Makafat’ was watched by 14,600 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Khoobseerat’ at 16:00 with 13,000 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Mere Qatil Mere Dildar’ pulled in 26,400 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Sabaat’ at 20:00 with 20,700 viewers.
