Overnights: Sony MAX 2 close to overtaking Star Plus on Monday in UK

Classic Bollywood movie channel, Sony MAX 2 came close to overtaking market leader, Star Plus in UK ratings on Monday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Star Plus stayed ahead with a share of 0.12%, followed closely by Sony MAX 2 with 0.11%, Sony Entertainment Television, Hum TV and New Vision TV with 0.07%, Star Bharat and Colors with 0.05%, Colors Rishtey, ABP News and PTC Punjabi with 0.04%, Star Gold, NDTV 24×7, BritAsia TV and Colors Cineplex with 0.03%, ZEE TV, Geo News, Dunya News, Sony SAB TV, B4U Movies, B4U Music, Aaj Tak and Hum Masala with 0.02%, Geo TV with 0.01%.

Sony MAX 2’s biggest attractions on Monday were ‘Aan Milo Sajna’ at 15:15 with 31,300 viewers, followed by ‘Jamai Raja’ at 19:00 with 16,200 viewers and ‘Dil Diwana’ at 13:00 with 3,000 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Yeh Hai Chahatein’ stayed top with 57,300 viewers at 19:30, followed by ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 43,900 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ at 19:00 with 36,500 viewers, ‘Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum’ at 20:00 with 33,700 viewers, ‘Yehh Jadu Hai Jinn Ka’ at 22:00 with 28,200 viewers, ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ at 21:00 with 26,800 viewers, ‘Sanjivani’ at 18:00 with 22,000 viewers, ‘Dil Jaise Dhadke Dhadakne Do’ at 20:30 with 16,900 viewers, ‘Dadi Amma Maan Jao’ at 18:30 with 6,300 viewers and ‘Nazar’ at 22:30 with 5,500 viewers.

On Sony TV, ‘Patiala Babes’ at 20:30 was watched by 46,100 viewers, followed by ‘Crime Patrol’ with 34,600 viewers at 22:00, ‘Mere Sai’ at 19:00 and ‘Mere Dad Ki Dulhan’ at 21:30 with 23,400 viewers and ‘Ishaaron Ishaaron Mein’ at 20:00 with 22,700 viewers. ‘Beyhadh 2’ pulled in 8,500 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Zindagi Gulzar Hai’ led with 38,200 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Daasi’ at 20:00 with 28,700 viewers and ‘Soteli Maamta’ at 19:30 with 20,400 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Choti Sarrdaarni’ pulled in 24,000 viewers at 19:30, followed by ‘Shubharambh’ at 20:30 with 23,900 viewers, ‘Naati’ at 21:00 with 20,400 viewers and ‘Mujhse Shaadi Karoge’ at 21:30 with 12,900 viewers.

On ZEE TV, ‘Guddan’ at 18:30 was watched by 16,200 viewers, followed by ‘Happu Ki Ultan Paltan’ at 14:30 with 8,300 viewers.
