Three flagship services from Sony Pictures Networks gave the broadcaster a huge victory over its rivals on Friday in the UK, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.
Collectively, Sony Entertainment Television, Sony MAX and Sony MAX 2 put the network ahead of its rivals outright. Sony SAB TV performed did not perform as strongly on Friday.
On Sony TV, ‘Indian Idol’ re-run was watched by 44,700 viewers at 18:00, followed by ‘Zindagi Ke Crossroads’ at 20:00 with 23,100 viewers, ‘Best of Kapil Sharma’ at 16:30 with 21,600 viewers and ‘Crime Patrol’ at 01:00 with 17,700 viewers.
On Sony MAX 2, movie ‘Kissi Se Na Kehna’ led with 32,600 viewers at 19:00, followed by ‘Majboor’ at 12:45 with 6,500 viewers.
On Sony MAX, ‘Ramji Londonwaley’ topped ratings with 22,600 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Dil Bole Hadippa’ at 17:00 with 7,200 viewers.
Sony TV delivered a share of 0.10%, followed by Hum TV and New Vision TV with 0.08%, Sony MAX 2 with 0.07%, Star Plus and Sony MAX with 0.06%, Star Gold, Colors, Dunya News, B4U Movies, Republic Bharat and ZEE TV with 0.04%, Colors Rishtey and ABP News with 0.03%, NDTV 24×7, Geo TV and Geo News with 0.02% and Sony SAB TV with 0.01%.
On Hum TV, ‘Kun Faya Kun’ was top show with 59,600 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Mehboob Apke Qadmon Mein’ at 21:00 with 32,800 viewers and ‘Pyaar Ke Sadqay’ at 22:00 with 30,500 viewers.
On Star Plus, ‘Devon Ke Dev Mahadev’ led with 30,500 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Mahabharat’ at 18:00 with 20,000 viewers and ‘Saathiya’ at 15:30 with 13,800 viewers.
On Star Gold, ‘Action Jackson’ was watched by 8,700 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Total Dhamaal’ at 15:45 with 8,100 viewers.
On Colors, ‘Mahabharat’ pulled in 18,100 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Mahabharat’ at 21:00 with 10,800 viewers.
On ZEE TV, movie ‘Shubh Mangal Saavdhan’ topped ratings with 20,700 viewers at 23:00, followed by ‘Jeena Isi Ka Naam Hai’ at 21:00 with 20,700 viewers.
On Geo TV, ‘Tamana’ attracted 14,400 viewers at 21:00.
