‘SaraswatiChandra’ managed to return to the top of charts in the UK last night, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.

The Sanjay Leela Bhansali produced drama pulled in 208,100 viewers at 19:30 – peaking at 256,400 viewers. In second place was ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ attracted 170,200 viewers, followed by ‘Saathiya’ with 160,500 viewers.

The others in the pecking order were ‘Pyar Ka Dard Hai’ (145,400), ‘MasterChef India’ (144,000), ‘Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai’ (138,200), ‘Veera’ (98,900) and ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ (79,400).

On Rishtey, ‘Na Aana Iss Desh Laado’ got 87,100 viewers, followed by ‘Jeevan Saathi’ (85,800) and ‘Bani – Ishq Da Kalma’ with 62,400 viewers.

Zing’s ‘Cloud 9’ rated zero at 18:30 and 22:30.

On Star Life Ok, ‘Savdhaan India’ pulled in 33,000 viewers. In second place was ‘Amrit Manthan’ with 26,700 viewers and ‘Devon Ka Dev Mahadev’ next with 21,500.

On ITV4, the Indian Premier League performed well with 237,900 viewers. The show peaked at 512,700 viewers.
