Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s much talked about show ‘SaraswatiChandra’ has return to the coveted numero uno position, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.

The show, which has been sitting at the top for most of this week, was toppled by ‘Veer’ on Wednesday night in the ratings but last night, it regained its top position. The show attracted 197,100 viewers – peaking at 206,400 viewers. In second place, ‘Pyar Ka Dard Hai’ with 177,700 viewers and in third ‘MasterChef India’ with 166,500 and fourth was ‘Saathiya’ with 141,800 viewers, followed by ‘Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai’ with 122,700 viewers.

The others in the chart were ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ with 118,600, ‘Veera’ with 97,500 and ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ with 97,000 viewers.

On Star Life Ok, ‘Welcome’ at 22:00 attracted 67,000 – one of the biggest ever audiences for the show. In second place was ‘Savdhaan India’ with 45,000 and ‘Amrit Manthan’ was in third with 34,600.

On Rishtey, ‘Bairi Piya’ at 20:30 was the most watched show with 52,200 but ‘Jeevan Saathi’ was closely behind with 52,100 viewers and ‘Na Aana Iss Desh Laado’ with 46,200 viewers.

‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ on Sony SAB TV was the channel’s most watched show last night with 47,800 viewers, followed by ‘Baal Veer’ with 26,400 and ‘Jeanie Aur Juju’ with 22,400 viewers.

On Zing, ‘World Of Bollywood’ was the channel’s most watched show with 6,900 viewers at 18:00. ‘Cloud 9’ rated zero at 18:30 but pulled in 1,000 viewers for the repeat telecast at 22:30.
