‘SaraswatiChandra’ was back to one of the best ever ratings in the show’s history with a fantastic turn-out last night, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.

‘SaraswatiChandra’ pulled in 268,700 viewers at 19:30 – peaking at a very impressive 319,600 viewers, followed by ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ with 248,700 viewers and ‘Pyar Ka Dard Hai’ next with 181,600 viewers.

The others in the pecking order were ‘Mahabharat’ (180,800), ‘Meri Bhabhi’ (176,500), ‘Saathiya’ (174,400), ‘Veera’ (161,200), ‘Ek Ghar Banaunga’ (120,900), ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ (110,500) and ‘Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon 2’ (48,100).

On Colors, ‘Bigg Boss 7’ continued its ratings high with 90,000 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Balika Vadhu’ with 16,800 viewers and ‘Madhubala’ with 11,900 viewers.

On Rishtey, ‘Na Aana Iss Desh Laado’ was top with 75,600 viewers, followed by ‘Laagi Tujhse Lagan’ with 65,000 viewers and ‘Bani – Ishq Da Kalma’ in third with 64,800 viewers and ‘Parichay’ next with 50,100 viewers.

On Star Life Ok, the re-run of ‘Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon’ in Hindi at 14:00 continued on a high with 25,200 viewers, followed by ‘Savitri’ with 17,200 viewers and ‘Savdhaan India’ next with 16,300 viewers. ‘Geet’ re-run could only manage 6,400 viewers.

On Sony SAB TV, ‘Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ was top with 53,300 viewers, followed by ‘Lapataganj’ with 24,300 viewers and ‘Jeanie Aur Juju’ next with 24,200 viewers.
