‘SaraswatiChandra’ has managed to remain the most watched Hindi drama on UK Asian television, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia for last night.

The 19:30 drama pulled in 243,200 viewers – peaking at 257,200 viewers, followed by ‘Meri Bhabhi’ with an impressive 202,000 viewers and ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ in third with 196,800 viewers.

The others in the pecking order were ‘Pyar Ka Dard Hai’ (187,900), ‘Veera’ (168,000), ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ (135,900), ‘Saathiya’ (132,800), ‘Mahabharat’ (120,500), ‘Ek Ghar Banaunga’ (103.600) and ‘Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon 2’ (44,500).

On Colors, ‘Bigg Boss 7’ stayed on top with 75,100 viewers, followed by ‘Balika Vadhu’ with 20,900 viewers and ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ was in third with 19,300 viewers.

On Star Life Ok, ‘Ek Boond Ishq’ was on top of the ratings with 26,800 viewers, followed by ‘Geet’ with 18,400 viewers and ‘Mahadev’ next with 18,200 viewers. The others were ‘Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon’ (re-run) in Hindi got 10,400 viewers and ‘Dil Do Ek Jaan’ with 8,900 viewers.

On Rishtey, ‘Laagi Tujhse Lagan’ was top with 104,700 viewers, followed by ‘Na Aana Is Desh Mein Laado’ with 76,600 viewers and ‘Bani – Ishq Da Kalma’ in third with 69,200 viewers.
