Overnights: SAB TV flies high on Sunday with ‘RNBDJ’

The blockbuster Yash Raj Films’ movie ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’ (2008) gave Sony SAB TV the biggest Bollywood movie on UK Asian TV on Sunday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

The Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma starrer was watched by 33,200 viewers at 15:30 – peaking at 46,200 viewers. Interestingly, this was the umpteenth repeat telecast of the film but scored an audience bigger than a lot of movie premieres recently.

Elsewhere on the channel, ‘Mohabbatein’ at 18:45 fetched 4,600 viewers, followed by ‘Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic’ at 12:45 with 3,900 viewers.
