Overnights: ‘Saathiya’ zooms back up to top in UK
The long running series ‘Saathiya’ proved a popular choice last night after topping the UK Asian TV ratings, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.
‘Saathiya’, which airs at 19:00 on Star Plus, raked in 154,000 viewers – peaking at 190,200 viewers, followed by ‘Ek Hasina Thi’ with 152,100 viewers and ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ in third with 127,000 viewers.
‘Bigg Boss 8’ continued its lead at 21:00 with 114,000 viewers – peaking at 152,400 viewers and ‘BeIntehaa’ next with 37,200 viewers at 22:00.
On Rishtey, ‘Meri Aashiqui’ was top with 65,300 viewers, followed by ‘Laagi Tujhse Lagan’ with 57,400 viewers and ‘Parichay’ in third with 53,800 viewers.
On Star Life Ok, ‘Savdhaan India’ led the channel’s ratings with 42,300 viewers, followed by ‘Laut Aao Trisha’ with 19,100 viewers at 21:00 and ‘Ajeeb Dastaan Hai Yeh’ at 21:30 with 12,200 viewers.
On Hum TV Europe, ‘Mehram’ was top at 20:00 with 21,000 viewers, followed by ‘Rishtey Kuch Adhooray Se’ at 21:00 with 20,400 viewers.
