It’s been a record breaking week for Rishtey in terms of ratings – the telecast of ‘Colors Screen Awards’ and ‘Jeevan Saathi’ have took the channel to new heights. There’s further good news for the Rishtey.

The drama serial ‘Jaane Kya Baat Hui’ last night got the best ever ratings for a fiction show on Rishtey. According to exclusive UK viewing data obtained by BizAsia from Attentional, the show got a viewership of 92,300 at 19:00 – peaking at 137,300. ‘Jeevan Saathi’, which has proved to be a ratings winner all the way got an average viewership of 61,400.

Star Plus’ ratings were much lower than usual with ‘Pyaar Ka Dard Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara’ staying at the top spot but garnering an audience of 148,700. In second was ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 133,700. In second place was ‘Saathiya’ with 124,500 viewers switching on at 19:00. The 21:00 show ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ pulled in 121,200 viewers. ‘Veera’ at 22:30 got a viewership of 111,200. ‘Yeh Khamoshiyan’ (108,400), ‘Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai’ (100,000) and ‘Kaali’ (99,900) were at the bottom of the pecking order.

Zing’s ‘Cloud 9’ got the best viewership in the 16:30 slot since it launched. The time band attracted 19,100 viewers. The other ‘Cloud 9’ slots weren’t as lucky. The 10:30 slot got zero rating. The 18:30 episode got just 1,800 and the 22:30 slot got just 200 viewers.

On Star Life Ok – ‘Savadhaan India’ was viewed by 40,000 viewers at 22:30, which made it the most watched show on the channel on Friday. ‘Welcome’ got 38,900 viewers and was second. ‘Devon Ka Dev Mahadev’ was in third with 38,200 at 20:00.
