Overnights: Rishtey & Star Bharat perform better on Friday than ZEE & Sony

Viacom18 and Star TV’s second entertainment channels, Rishtey and Star Bharat performed exceptionally better than ZEE TV and Sony Entertainment Television on Friday in UK, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

The two channels delivered a share of 0.04%. Rishtey’s ‘Balika Vadhu’ at 21:30 fetched 31,000 viewers, followed by ‘Kasam’ at 20:30 with 30,200 viewers and ‘Rangrasiya’ at 21:30 with 13,400 viewers.

Star Bharat’s ‘Jiji Maa’ at 19:30 was watched by 25,100 viewers, followed by ‘Kya Haal Mr Panchaal’ at 20:00 with 20,700 viewers and ‘Nimki Mukhiya’ at 20:30 drew 16,000 viewers.

Star Plus attracted a share of 0.22% with ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ the biggest show. It was watched by 115,200 viewers at 19:30, followed by ‘Tu Sooraj Mein Saanjh Piyaji’ at 19:00 with 102,500 viewers and ‘Naamkarann’ at 21:00 with 63,400 viewers.

Hum TV was biggest Pakistani channel again with a share of 0.09%. Its top rated shows were ‘Parchhayi’ at 21:00 with 68,800 viewers, followed by ‘Oh Rungreza’ at 20:00 with 45,700 viewers and ‘Naseebon Jali’ at 19:30 with 21,800 viewers.

Hum Masala, ZEE TV and Colors registered a share 0.03%. Sony Entertainment Television notched up a share of 0.02%.

Geo News was the biggest South Asian news channel with a share of 0.07%.
