Overnights: Rishtey dramas climb up in ratings

'Bani Ishq Da Kalma' tops Rishtey ratings

While Star Plus continues to dominate the UK Asian TV ratings, three dramas on Rishtey are connecting well with viewers with big viewership.

According to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia, ‘Bani – Ishq Da Kalma’ stayed on top on the channel’s ratings with 136,200 viewers – peaking at 148,700 viewers. It was followed by ‘Laagi Tujhse Lagan’ with 135,500 viewers – beating ‘Mahabharat’ on Star Plus at the same time. ‘Parichay’ was third with 91,600 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘SaraswatiChandra’ muscled in 214,800 viewers at 19:30, followed by ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ with 194,300 viewers, ‘Saathiya’ in third with 166,000 viewers and ‘Pyar Ka Dard Hai’ next with 139,800 viewers. ‘Mahabharat’ was in fourth place with 129,500 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Bigg Boss 7’ at 21:00 with its post-Diwali celebrations episode pulled in 71,200 viewers, followed by ‘Balika Vadhu’ (repeat) at 22:30 with 22,200 viewers and ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ (repeat) at 23:00 with 19,800 viewers.

On Star Life Ok, ‘The Bachelorette’ continued to top the ratings with 41,300 viewers at 21:30, followed by ‘Savdhaan India’ with 23,200 viewers at 22:30. ‘Mahadev’ at 20:00 was watched by 17,700 viewers.
