Overnights: Rishtey Cineplex strikes on Monday in UK

Rishtey Cineplex proved a ratings success on Monday night beating rival movie channel, Star Gold, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

The two biggest movies on Monday night were ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’ at 18:55 with 21,400 viewers, followed by ‘Jodha Akbar’ at 21:00 with 20,800 viewers. ‘Dor’ at 16:35 fetched 3,800 viewers. The channel, which launched last Thursday has slowly been generating good ratings like its predecessor, UMP Movies, which it replaced on the Sky platform.

On Star Plus, ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 delivered 116,000 viewers, followed by ‘Mere Angne Mein’ at 18:00 with 93,500 viewers and ‘Ishqbaaaz’ at 21:30 with 85,500 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Krishndasi’ stayed in pole position with 14,600 viewers at 21:30, followed by ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ at 19:30 with 10,400 viewers and ‘Shakti’ at 20:00 with 10,000 viewers. New show ‘Devanshi’ opened up with 1,600 viewers at 19:00.

On Rishtey, ‘Thapki’ pulled in 23,600 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Uttaran’ at 18:30 with 19,700 viewers and ‘Kasam’ at 20:30 with 10,000 viewers.

On &TV, ‘Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain’ at 20:30 delivered 15,400 viewers, followed by ‘Gangaa’ at 20:00 with 15,200 viewers and ‘Tere Bin’ at 21:30 with 12,000 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Ek Tamanna Lahahil Si’ at 21:00 stayed top with 68,300 viewers, followed by ‘Sanam’ at 20:00 with 53,500 viewers and ‘Hatheli’ at 22:0 with 22,300 viewers.
