Rishtey took another swipe at market leader Star Plus last night as it beat the channel’s 19:30 – 20:30 band.
According to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia, ‘Bani – Ishq Da Kalma’ on Rishtey was watched by 135,800 viewers at 19:30, that’s more than the 118,900 viewers that were tuned in for ‘Saraswatichandra’ on Star Plus.
Similarly, ‘Parichay’ on Rishtey was viewed by 98,500 viewers at 20:00 and at same time on Star Plus, 94,900 viewers switched on to ‘Meri Bhabhi’.
Star Plus’ most watched show last night was ‘Pyar Ka Dard Hai’ at 22:00 with 189,600 viewers and it dominated the ratings overall last night on UK Asian TV.
‘Bigg Boss 7’ on Colors continued to reign with 122,400 viewers at 21:00.
On Star Life Ok, ‘Savdhaan India’ was on top with 62,300 viewers, while ‘Ek Boond Ishq’ was second with 23,000 viewers at 20:30.
