Star Plus’ ‘Mere Angne Mein’ continues to lead the way with something other shows have not achieved between the early evening slot.

According to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia, ‘Mere Angne Mein’ at 17:30 delivered 128,300 viewers between 17:30 – 18:30 – the highest for the channel in a long time. The show peaked further to 145,300 viewers. It was the channel’s most watched show on Wednesday. ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 was in second place with 121,700 viewers and ‘Saathiya’ at 19:00 with 96,800 viewers.

On Rishtey, ‘Meri Aashiqui’ was the most watched overall in the UK with 133,100 viewers – peaking at 161,900 viewers, followed by ‘Thapki’ at 20:00 with 69,700 viewers and ‘Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan’ with a record 63,400 viewers at 21:00.

On Colors, ‘Shastri Sisters’ at 20:30 was top with 19,100 viewers, followed by ‘Ashoka’ at 21:00 with 17,300 viewers and ‘Code Red’ at 22:00 with 14,300 viewers.

On &TV, ‘Gangaa’ stayed top with 42,900 viewers, followed by ‘Bhaghyalakshmi’ at 19:30 with 23,400 viewers and ‘Badii Devrani’ at 21:30 with 11,200 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Tum Mere Pas Raho’ at 20:00 was most watched with 20,500 viewers, followed by ‘Maan-o-Salwaa’ at 22:00 with 15,900 viewers.

On Sky1, ‘Desi Rascals’ episode two was slightly down on last week’s launch with 153,000 viewers at 20:00 – peaking at 182,000 viewers. Last week, the first episode of the second season started with 161,400 viewers (Data includes Sky1 +1).
