It’s a game of musical chairs for the top position in the UK ratings amongst Star Plus dramas.

According to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia, ‘Pyar Ka Dard Hai’ returned back to the UK last night with 207,600 viewers – peaking at 245,400 viewers. In Second was ‘SaraswatiChandra’ with 183,500 viewers, followed by ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ with 156,500.

The others in the pecking order were ‘Veera’ (153,500), ‘MasterChef India’ (133,300), ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ (131,500), ‘Saathiya’ (104,000) and ‘Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai’ slumped to a new low with just 65,400 viewers tuning in.

On Star Life Ok, ‘Devon Ka Dev Mahadev’ has managed to remain the most watched show on the channel yesterday with 42,400 viewers. ‘Savdhaan India’ was in second with 30,000 viewers and in third was ‘Amrit Manthan’ with 24,300 viewers.

On Rishtey, ‘Jeevan Saathi’ was the most watched show with 74,800 viewers and ‘Bairi Piya’ next with 64,300 viewers and ‘Na Aana Iss Desh Laado’ in third with 51,500 viewers.

On the Indian Premier League front, ITV4 attracted 209,900 viewers – peaking at 435,100 viewers.
