Overnights: PTC Punjabi & ZEE TV impress on Tuesday in UK

PTC Punjabi and ZEE TV surged in UK ratings on Tuesday, with a share larger than Colors and Sony Entertainment Television, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

PTC Punjabi clocked up a share of 0.06% with its Sikh religious programming averaged with 11,500 viewers after 15:00. ZEE TV delivered a share of 0.05% with local show ‘ZEE Companion’ on top with 16,100 viewers and ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Lil Champs’ re-run at 22:00 with 9,500 viewers and ‘Aisi Deewangi’ at 21:30 with 8,300 viewers.

Star Plus remained top with 0.17%. ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ maintained its lead in UK ratings with 110,300 viewers, followed by ‘Chakravyuh’ at 20:00 with 99,700 viewers and ‘Tu Sooraj Mein Saanjh Piyaji’ at 19:00 with 84,100 viewers.

Colors’ share stood at 0.05% with ‘Bigg Boss 11’ attracting 36,700 viewers at 21:00, while the repeat at 17:00 also did well with 24,600 viewers and ‘Tu Aashiqui’ at 20:30 with 16,300 viewers.

Sony Entertainment Television pulled a share of 0.03% with ‘Mere Sai’ raking in 22,600 viewers at 19:30.

Rishtey Cineplex was top in the movie genre with 0.05%, followed by Star Gold with a share of 0.04%. ZEE Cinema and Sony MAX delivered 0.02% and B4U Movies was next with 0.01%.

Hum TV impressed with a share of 0.11% with ‘Alif Allah Aur Insan’ at 20:00 grabbing 54,400 viewers, followed by ‘Diyar-e-Dil’ at 21:00 with 49,300 viewers.

Hum Masala also did well with a share of 0.07%. The channel’s top shows was ‘Handi’ at 16:00 with 28,300 viewers.

On Geo TV, ‘Ali Ki Ammi’ at 18:30 topped ratings with 14,100 viewers.
