Overnights: PTC Punjabi takes No.1 spot on Christmas Day in UK

PTC Punjabi emerged as the No.1 Asian TV broadcaster on Christmas Day, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

PTC Punjabi delivered a share of 0.10%, followed by Sony TV with 0.07%, Star Plus and Colors with 0.06%, Star Bharat with 0.05%, ZEE Cinema, Aaj Tak and Colors Cineplex with 0.04%, Colors Rishtey and New Vision TV with 0.03%, Sony SAB TV, Foodxp and B4U Movies with 0.02%, ZEE TV, Geo TV and Hum TV with 0.01%.

Sony TV’s top attractions on Friday were ‘Mere Sai’ at 19:30 with 50,300 viewers, followed by ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 12’ at 21:00 with 27,200 viewers and repeat of the show at 16:00 with 13,200 viewers. ‘Indiawaali Ma’ at 20:30 raked in 9,400 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Anupamaa’ was top show with 61,000 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Saathiya 2’ at 19:00 with 49,500 viewers, ‘Imlie’ at 22:30 with 21,500 viewers, ‘Shaadi Mubarak’ at 20:30 with 20,100 viewers, ‘Yeh Hai Chahatein’ at 19:30 with 19,800 viewers, ‘Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein’ at 21:00 with 15,600 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 15,100 viewers, ‘Shaurya’ at 18:30 with 5,700 viewers and ‘Lockdown Ki Love Story’ at 22:00 with 5,600 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Bigg Boss 14’ was watched by 41,000 viewers at 21:30, followed by ‘Molkki’ at 00:30 with 22,000 viewers, ‘Shakti’ at 23:45 with 13,100 viewers and ‘Namak Issk Ka’ 23:15 with 12,300 viewers.

On Star Bharat, ‘Savdhaan India’ attracted 37,500 viewers at 21:30.

On ZEE TV, ‘Qurbaan Hua’ led with 7,000 viewers at 21:00.

On Hum TV, ‘Zebaish’ pulled in 5,900 viewers at 20:00.
