Overnights: PTC Punjabi stays top in UK on Wednesday; Star Plus at No.2

PTC Punjabi remained the leading Asian TV broadcaster in UK ratings on Wednesday, while Star Plus was placed at No.2, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

PTC Punjabi delivered a share of 0.18%, followed by Star Plus with 0.10%, Sony MAX with 0.06%, Sony SAB TV with 0.05%, Sony TV, Hum TV, Republic Bharat and Colors Rishtey with 0.04%, Colors and New Vision TV with 0.03%, B4U Music, Venus TV and NDTV 24×7 with 0.02%, ZEE TV and ARY Family with 0.01%.

On PTC Punjabi, the channel’s 18:00 – 21:00 band attracted 50,900 viewers – peaking at 93,800 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Anupamaa’ was watched by 34,000 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Yeh Hai Chahatein’ at 19:30 with 28,000 viewers, ‘Saathiya’ at 13:30 with 22,100 viewers, ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ at 21:00 with 19,300 viewers, ‘Lockdown Ki Love Story’ at 18:30 with 18,100 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ at 19:00 with 15,700 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 12,200 viewers, ‘Shaadi Mubarak’ at 20:30 with 8,100 viewers and ‘Yehh Jadu Hai Jinn Ka’ at 22:00 with 2,500 viewers.

On Sony TV, ‘Mere Dad Ki Dulhan’ was watched by 32,800 viewers at 20:30, followed by ‘Mere Sai’ at 19:45 with 16,300 viewers and ‘Crime Patrol’ at 21:30 with 7,600 viewers. New series ‘Indiawaali Ma’ raked in 5,200 viewers at 20:30.

On Sony MAX, ‘Dil Bole Hadipa’ led with 9,700 viewers at 14:15.

On Sony SAB TV, ‘Apna News Aayega’ at 17:15 pulled in 15,300 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Udaari’ was watched by 15,400 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Mohabbat Tujhe Alvida’ at 20:00 with 14,000 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Pinjara Khubsoorti Ka’ led with 10,900 viewers at 22:00.

On ZEE TV, ‘Jodha Akbar’ raked in 6,100 viewers at 19:00.
