Overnights: PTC Punjabi & Star Plus lead on Friday in UK


PTC Punjabi emerged as the No.1 Asian TV broadcaster on Friday, while Star Plus followed closely behind, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

PTC Punjabi delivered a share of 0.11%, followed by Star Plus with 0.08%, Sony TV and Colors with 0.07%, Republic Bharat with 0.04%, Colors Rishtey, New Vision TV, B4U Music, BritAsia TV, Star Gold and Sony MAX with 0.03%, Hum TV, NDTV 24×7, Dunya News, ZEE TV and ZEE Cinema with 0.02%. Geo TV stayed low with a zero share.

Star Plus’ top attractions were ‘Anupamaa’ with 97,600 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Imlie’ at 22:30 with 31,700 viewers, ‘Saathiya 2’ at 19:00 with 31,200 viewers, ‘Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein’ at 21:00 with 20,500 viewers, ‘Yeh Hai Chahatein’ at 19:30 with 19,600 viewers, ‘Shaurya’ at 18:30 with 15,500 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 11,500 viewers, ‘Shaadi Mubarak’ at 20:30 with 10,100 viewers and ‘Lockdown Ki Love Story’ at 22:00 with 4,900 viewers.

On Sony TV, ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 12’ delivered 39,100 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Indiawaali Ma’ at 20:30 with 26,200 viewers, ‘Story 9 Months Ki’ at 22:30 with 20,900 viewers and ‘Crime Patrol’ at 23:00 with 19,800 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Choti Sarrdaarni’ led with 50,200 viewers at 19:30, followed by ‘Pinjara’ at 21:00 with 39,300 viewers, ‘Shakti’ at 20:00 with 38,000 viewers, ‘Molkki’ at 20:30 with 34,200 viewers and ‘Bigg Boss 14’ at 21:30 with 32,000 viewers.

On ZEE TV, ‘Qurbaan Hua’ was top show with 15,400 viewers at 21:00 and ‘Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain’ at 17:30 with 13,700 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Bhool Ja Aye Dil’ led with 14,500 viewers, followed by ‘Zebaish’ at 20:00 with 11,700 viewers.
