Overnights: PTC Punjabi returns to No.1 on Saturday in UK

PTC Punjabi jumped back to the No.1 position in UK ratings on Saturday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

The channel, which won Punjabi TV Channel of the Year at AVTA 2019 in UK, was the biggest overall in terms of share with 0.15%, followed by New Vision TV with 0.08%, Star Plus with 0.07%, Sony TV, Hum TV and Colors with 0.06%, ZEE TV with 0.05%, BritAsia TV and Dunya News with 0.04%, Sony SAB TV and ZEE Cinema with 0.03%, Geo TV, Sony MAX 2, B4U Movies, Colors Rishtey, Colors Cineplex, Hum Masala, Geo News, Star Bharat and Star Gold with 0.02%.

Star Plus’ top attractions were ‘Dance+ 5’ at 20:00 with 30,400 viewers, followed by ‘TED Talks India Nayi Soch’ at 19:00 with 22,700 viewers and ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ re-run at 14:30 with 20,700 viewers. ‘Divya Drishti’ at 21:30 pulled in 10,000 viewers.

On Sony TV, ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ at 21:30 led with 21,000 viewers, followed by ‘Indian Idol 11’ at 20:00 with 17,800 viewers and repeat of ‘Mere Dad Ki Dulhan’ at 18:00 with 15,900 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Deewar-e-Shab’ topped ratings with 24,300 viewers at 20:00, followed by movie premiere of ‘Verna’ at 21:00 with 15,100 viewers and ‘Resham Gali Ki Husna’ at 18:15 with 9,200 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Bigg Boss 13 – Weekend Ka Vaar’ at 21:00 led with 43,900 viewers, followed by ‘Choti Sarrdaarni’ repeat with 6,600 viewers.

On ZEE TV, movie ‘Zero’ raked in 12,600 viewers at 14:30. However, ‘Meri Hanikarak Biwi’ at 00:30 was watched by 15,000 viewers, ‘Tujhse Hai Raabta’ repeat at 01:00 with 14,600 viewers and ‘No.1 Businessman’ at 23:30 with 11,400 viewers.
