In a strong weekend of UK ratings, PTC Punjabi emerged as the No.3 player behind Star Gold and Sony Entertainment Television on both Saturday and Sunday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.
PTC Punjabi’s share shot up to 0.10%, behind Star Gold, which remained the market leader with its IPL 2019 coverage. It registered a share of 0.24%, followed by Sony Entertainment Television with 0.11%, Hum TV and New Vision TV with 0.04%, Star Plus, Colors, B4U Music and Star Bharat with 0.03%, ZEE TV with 0.02% and Geo TV with 0.01%.
Star Gold’s coverage of IPL 2019 match between Kolkata Knight Riders and Chennai Super Kings at 11:15 with 53,600 viewers. The second match of the day between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Delhi Capital pulled in 40,100 viewers.
On Sony TV, ‘Super Dancer Chapter 3’ at 20:00 delivered 41,100 viewers, followed by ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ at 21:30 with 37,000 viewers.
On Hum TV, ‘Ranjha Ranjha Kardi’ repeat at midday pulled in 11,800 viewers, followed by ‘Meri Unsuni Kahani’ at 22:00 with 10,200 viewers and ‘Anaa’ at 21:00 with 9,100 viewers.
On Star Plus, ‘Divya Drishti’ led with 13,100 viewers at 21:30, followed by ‘The Voice’ at 20:00 with 12,300 viewers and ‘Tyohaar Ki Thaali’ at 18:00 with 4,600 viewers.
On Colors, ‘Rising Star’ at 21:00 fetched 19,200 viewers.
On ZEE TV, ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs’ at 19:30 topped ratings with 9,800 viewers.
