Overnights: PTC Punjabi delivers highest ever share in UK on Saturday

PTC Punjabi delivered its biggest ever share in UK ratings on Saturday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

PTC Punjabi’s share shot up to 0.31% – its highest ever registered in the UK. It was followed by Sony Entertainment Television with 0.19%, Star Plus with 0.15%, Geo TV with 0.08%, Hum Masala with 0.07%, Hum TV, Colors, New Vision TV, Dunya News and Star Bharat with 0.04%, Colors Rishtey, Sony SAB TV, Aaj Tak and ZEE Cinema with 0.03%, ZEE TV, Sony MAX, Sony MAX 2, ABP News, NDTV 24×7, BritAsia TV, ARY Family, Foodxp, Geo News and Star Gold with 0.02%.

PTC Punjabi’s afternoon movie at 12:30 was watched by 60,000, while the channel’s Gurbani from Golden Temple at 16:00 pulled in another 53,600 viewers.

On Sony TV, ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ at 21:30 delivered 85,300 viewers, followed by the first episode of ‘India’s Best Dancer’ 40,700 viewers at 20:00 and ’10 Ka Dum’ re-run t 23:00 with 26,200 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Yeh Hai Chahatein’ was top fiction with 74,500 viewers at 19:30, followed by ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ at 21:00 with 61,400 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ and ‘Yehh Jadu Hai Jinn Ka’ at 22:30 with 61,700 viewers and ‘Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum’ at 20:00 with 29,600 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Choti Sarrdaarni’ was watched by 16,500 viewers, followed by ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ at 21:30 with 14,600 viewers and ‘Naagin 4’ at 20:00 with 10,200 viewers.

On Geo TV, ‘Alif’ impressed with 66,100 viewers at 20:00.

On Hum TV, ‘Deewar-e-Shab’ led with 21,300 viewers at 20:00.

On ZEE TV, ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa – Lil Champs’ opened up with 19,000 viewers at 19:00.
