Overnights: New Vision TV beats Urdu news channels on Friday
New Vision TV climbed back to the top of the Urdu news genre in UK ratings on Friday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .
The channel had an all-day share of 0.03% with the ‘News’ at 17:05 raking in 12,300 viewers, making it the most watched show on the channel. ‘Headline News’ at 17:00 and 18:00 also captured 13,300 viewers and 13,000 viewers respectively in their 5 minute slots.
Samaa TV and UK 44 were next with 0.02%, while Dunya News and Geo News registered 0.01%.
However, it was Indian news channel, ABP News that topped the rankings with an impressive share of 0.06%.
