Overnights: New shows give &TV UK ratings spark

&TV UK’s new fictions ‘Dilli Wali Thakur Gurls’ and ‘Badii Devrani’, which launched earlier this week, whizzed passed ratings of older shows on the channel last night in UK.

According to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia, ‘Badii Devrani’ at 21:30 pulled in 39,700 viewers – peaking at 44,900 viewers, followed by the ever dependent comedy ‘Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain’ at 20:30 with 22,000 viewers and the other new show ‘Dilli Wali Thakur Girls’ at 21:00 with 20,200 viewers in third. ‘Gangaa’ also did well at 20:00 with 19,300 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ was top with 141,200 viewers, followed by ‘Tere Sheher Mein’ at 22:00 with 126,200 viewers and ‘Saathiya’ at 19:00 with 104,400 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Na Kaho Tum Meray Nahi’ at 21:00 did well with 79,500 viewers, while ‘Alvida’ at 20:00 beat all rivals in the slot with 75,100 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Code Red’ at 22:00 topped ratings with 34,500 viewers, followed by ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ at 19:30 with 30,100 viewers and ‘Shastri Sisters’ at 20:30 with 28,900 viewers.

On Rishtey, ‘Laagi Tuujhse Lagan’ at 19:30 took lead with 38,400 viewers, followed by the next episode of the show with 38,300 viewers at 20:00 and ‘Meri Aashiqui’ in third with 37,700 viewers at 20:30.
