Overnights: ‘Nach Baliye Final’ storms UK ratings

The three-hour ‘Nach Baliye Final’ on Star Plus was easily the most watched show on UK Asian television last night, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.

‘Nach Baliye Final’, which saw Rithvik Dhanjani and Asha Negi be crowned the winners on the hit show, was watched by 240,500 viewers – peaking at an impressive 344,900 viewers. The ‘Magical Moments’ at 23:30 lured in 43,200 viewers, while the ‘Best Of Nach Baliye 6’ got 21,600 viewers.

Earlier in the evening on Star Plus, the repeat of ‘Koffee With Karan’ with Akshay Kumar at 19:00 attracted 67,400 viewers.

On Colors, the first six-day schedule of fictions proved disappointing with just ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ getting around 5,000 viewers. ‘India’s Got Talent’ was watched by 33,500 viewers at 21:00. However, it was comedy king Kapil Sharma on ‘Comedy Nights’ that reigned the ratings on the channel with 66,300 viewers.

On Rishtey, the final episode of ‘Mera Qatil Mera Naseeb’ was watched by 60,500 viewers and ‘Aamne Saamne’ at 21:30 pulling in 38,500 viewers.

On Lamhe, the classic movie ‘Aankhion Ke Jharakon Se’ at 19:30 pulled in 5,700 viewers.
