Overnights: ‘Nach Baliye 9’ final puts Star Plus at No.1 on Sunday

Star Plus took back back victory in UK ratings on Sunday, with the finale of ‘Nach Baliye 9’, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

Star Plus grabbed the biggest share of 0.12% amongst its Asian TV rivals on Sunday. ‘Nach Baliye 9’ at 20:00 was watched by 61,200 viewers, followed by ‘TED Talks India Nayi Soch’ at 19:00 with 23,600 viewers, ‘Divya Drishti’ at 21:30 with 23,000 viewers and ‘Kalank’ movie at 15:30 with 16,700 viewers.

Other channels in the pecking order were Sony TV with 0.11%, Star Gold, PTC Punjabi and Colors with 0.09%, New Vision TV with 0.05%, Star Bharat with 0.04%, Hum TV, Dunya News and ZEE Cinema with 0.03%, Sony MAX 2, Geo News, Sony SAB TV, B4U Music, Colors Cineplex and Colors Rishtey with 0.02%, ZEE TV and Geo TV with 0.01%.

On Sony TV, ‘Indian Idol 11’ at 20:00 led with 55,400 viewers, followed by ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ at 21:30 with 42,500 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Bigg Boss 13’ topped ratings with 39,900 viewers at 21:30, followed by movie ‘Kal Ho Naa Ho’ at 14:30 with 17,200 viewers.

On Star Gold, India V Bangladesh cricket pulled in an average 35,000 viewers at 13:15.

On Hum TV, ‘Ehd-e-Wafa’ topped ratings with 26,400 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Gul-e-Rana’ at 21:00 with 13,800 viewers.

On ZEE Cinema, the premiere of ‘Zero’ raked in 7,700 viewers at 18:00.
