Overnights: ‘Mission Sapne’ eclipses ‘Jhalak’
Salman Khan’s appearance on ‘Mission Sapne’ was enough for it to top the ratings on Colors last night – beating the star studded second episode of ‘Jhalak Dikhha Jaa’ on Colors.
According to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia, ‘Mission Sapne’ at 20:00 on Colors brought in 70,600 viewers – peaking at 115,400 viewers, followed by ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’ at 21:00 – part two of the grand launch of the new season. The reality show featuring ‘Holiday’ stars Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha did well with 63,200 viewers – but was down from the launch episode on Saturday, which got over 100,000 viewers. ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’ at 22:30 pulled in 58,500 viewers. Overall, it was a winning night for Colors.
On Star Plus, ‘IIFA Weekend: Magic Of Movies’ at 20:00 pulled in 41,700 viewers, while ‘IIFA Weekend With The Stars’ at 22:30 raked in just 17,800 viewers.
On Rishtey, Pakistani drama ‘Aasmano Pe Likha’ did well with 38,200 viewers, followed by discussion show ‘Aamne Saamne’ with 33,200 viewers.
