‘Mere Angne Mein’ was the UK’s most watched show on Asian television, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

The early evening Star Plus show, which airs at 18:00 brought in 155,400 viewers – peaking at 187,400 viewers, followed by ‘Saathiya’ at 19:00 with 128,600 viewers and ‘Yeh Hau Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 with 122,700 viewers. Earlier in the ‘Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai’ at 13:30 was most watched afternoon show with under 30,000 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Swaragini’ was up in ratings with 42,000 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Ashoka’ with 34,600 viewers and ‘Udaan’ at 20:30 with 25,600 viewers.

On Rishtey, ‘Thapki’ did well with 95,300 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Kasam’ at 20:30 with 80,400 viewers and ‘Madhubala’ at 19:30 with 56,200 viewers.

On &TV, ‘Gangaa’ was watched by 27,800 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hain’ at 20:30 with 23,500 viewers and ‘Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum’ at 21:00 with 21,900 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Zara Yaad Kar’ pulled in 57,000 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Zindagi Tujhko Jiya’ at 19:00 with 20,600 viewers and ‘Haya Ke Daaman’ at 19:30 with 16,500 viewers. ‘Mohabbat Rooth Jaye Toh’ fetched just 12,100 viewers at 21:00.

On Geo TV, ‘Babul Ka Angna’ delivered 30,000 viewers, followed by ‘Teri Meri Jodi’ at 21:00 with 6,400 viewers.
