'MasterChef India' continues to lead in UK ratings

‘MasterChef India’ won the ratings battle on UK Asian TV last night again with another huge audience tuning in at 20:00, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.

The reality TV show pulled in 268,400 viewers – peaking at a record 379,300 viewers. This was followed by ‘SaraswatiChandra’ with 208,300 viewers and ‘Pyar Ka Dard Hai’ with 174,300 viewers in third place.

The others in the pecking order were ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ (159,700), ‘Saathiya’ (145,000), ‘Veera’ (139,700), ‘Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai’ (116,100), ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ (98,400) and ‘Ek Ghar Banaunga’ (67,100).

On Rishtey, ‘Bani – Ishq Da Kalma’ led the ratings with 77,600 viewers, followed by ‘Bairi Piya’ with 74,100 viewers and ‘Bandhan’ at 19:00 with 71,400 viewers.

On Star Life Ok, ‘Devon Ka Dev Mahadev’ got 37,500 viewers, followed by ‘Amrit Manthan’ with 35,800 viewers. New show ‘Do Dil Ek Jaan’ averaged with 13,100 viewers.

On Zing, ‘Dance India Dance’ at 15:00 pulled in 13,500 viewers, followed by ‘World Of Bollywood’ with the same amount of viewership. ‘Cloud 9’ at 18:30 and 22:30 rated zero.

On Sony SAB TV, ‘Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ got 71,200 viewers, followed by ‘Chidiyaghar’ with 46,300 viewers. In third place was ‘BaalVeer’ with 35,500 viewers.
