Overnights: ‘Main Tera Hero’ premiere on Zing tops

The free-to-air television premiere of blockbuster ‘Main Tera Hero’ last night on Zing proved a huge success.

The film, starring Varun Dhawan and Nargis Fakhri, was easily the most watched film on Friday night on UK Asian television.

‘Main Tera Hero’ has previously been screened behind encryption on ZEE TV and ZEE Cinema but this was the first time it was aired free on Zing. It pulled in 29,400 viewers average at 19:30 – peaking at 53,500 viewers.
