Overnights: ‘Kullfi’ keeps Star Plus high on Wednesday

Its a game of musical chairs at the top in terms of Star Plus shows, with ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’ dethroning ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ from the pole position on Wednesday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

Star Plus registered a share of 0.20% – making it the most watched Asian TV channel in the UK. Other entertainment channels stayed well below Star Plus, with Urdu news channel New Vision TV (ARY News) taking second place with a share of 0.14%. Sony Network channels Sony MAX and Sony Entertainment Television did well with a share of 0.08% and 0.07% respectively.

Sony MAX was the biggest Hindi movie channel in the UK on Wednesday with Sanjay Dutt starrer ‘Vaastav’ attracting a whopping 31,400 viewers at 21:00.

Sony TV’s top attractions were ‘Best of Crime Patrol’ with 34,900 viewers at 00:15, followed by ‘Crime Patrol’ at 01:00 with 30,200 viewers. Earlier in the evening, ‘Zindagi Ke Crossroads’ at 20:30 raked in 15,400 viewers.

Hum TV was the top Urdu entertainment channel with a share of 0.05%. ‘Kaisi Aurat Hun Main’ was top show with 16,400 viewers at 20:00, followed by ‘Saanwri’ with 13,400 viewers at 19:30 and ‘Jago Pakistan Jago’ at 09:00 with 10,600 viewers.

Colors and ZEE TV raked in a share of 0.03% with ‘Bepannaah’ leading on Colors with 12,600 viewers, while ‘Zindagi Ki Mehek’ at 18:30 topped 21,200 viewers on ZEE TV.

Geo TV also fetched a share of 0.03% with ‘Noor Jehan’ at 12:30 attracting 8,800 viewers, followed by repeat of ‘Beyreham’ at 12:00 with 7,400 viewers.
