Overnights: ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ delivers record numbers in UK

Hit reality TV show ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ on Rishtey proved a huge ratings winner last night in UK, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com .

The show attracted 68,200 viewers at 21:00 – peaking at 87,000 viewers – its biggest audience so far this series on the channel. ‘Uttaran’ at 18:30 pulled in 20,600 viewers, ‘Rising Star India’ at 19:000 with 6,400 viewers and ‘Global Citizen Festival’ at 22:25 with 2,600 viewers.

The decision to air ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ on Rishtey rather than Colors in the UK, has proved disappointing for the latter with only ‘Desi Beat’ doing well during prime time with 3,700 viewers. IIFA Awards 2017 repeat at 16:05 pulled in 1,800 viewers.

Star Plus comfortably remained the UK’s most watched Asian TV channel with ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 with 85,100 viewers, followed by ‘Dance+ 3’ at 20:00 with 45,800 viewers – peaking at 89,100 viewers and ‘Tu Sooraj Mein Saanjh Piyaji’ at 19:00 with 48,600 viewers. ‘Kya Qusoor Hai Aamala Ka’ at 22:30 got its biggest ratings to date with 44,100 viewers.

On ZEE TV, ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa – Lil Champs’ at 20:30 was watched by 16,400 viewers, followed by ‘Fear Files’ at 22:00 with 1,300 viewers.

On Sony Entertainment Television, ‘CID’ at 19:00 delivered 3,300 viewers, followed by ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ repeat at 17:30 with 1,500 viewers.

&TV’s average ratings delivered zero between midday and 23:00.

On Sony SAB TV, movie ‘Yaarana’ at 14:45 raked in 12,900 viewers, followed by ‘Wazir’ at 17:30 with 4,400 viewers and ‘Dil To Pagal Hai’ at 19:45 with 1,900 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Woh Aik Pal’ at 20:00 stayed top with 28,800 viewers.

On Geo Kahani, ‘Mere Ishq’ at 21:00 delivered 1,300 viewers, followed by ‘Jannat’ at 22:00 with 1,000 viewers.

On Urdu1 Europe, ‘Mehar Aur Meheraban’ at 20:00 pulled in 3,000 viewers.

On Geo TV, ‘Tishnagi Dil Ki’ at 22:30 raked in 2,500 viewers, followed by ‘Geo Khelo Pakistan’ at 19:30 with 1,300 viewers.
