Overnights: ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ & ‘Ek Bhram’ put Star Plus back at No.1

Strong performances of ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ and ‘Ek Bhram’ on Monday, put Star Plus back at the No.1 position, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

The channel, which has been feeling the heat from Sony Entertainment Television and PTC Punjabi over the weekend, bounced back to the top with a share of 0.17%. Sony TV was next with 0.13%, followed by Hum TV and New Vision TV with 0.06%, Star Bharat with 0.05%, Colors, Colors Rishtey, Sony SAB TV, B4U Movies and Sony MAX 2 with 0.04%, ZEE TV, PTC Punjabi and Geo TV with 0.03% and NDTV 24×7 and BritAsia TV with 0.02%.

Star Plus’ biggest shows on Monday were ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ at 21:00 with 57,400 viewers, followed by ‘Ek Bhram Sarvagun Sampanna’ at 18:30 with 56,800 viewers, ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’ at 20:30 with 50,900 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 47,800 viewers, ‘Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum’ at 20:00 with 47,200 viewers, ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 with 44,000 viewers, ‘Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji’ at 19:30 with 30,000 viewers, ‘Nazar’ at 22:30 with 29,500 viewers and ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ at 22:00 with 20,600 viewers.

On Sony TV, ‘Patiala Babes’ was top show with 36,600 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Ladies Special’ at 21:30 with 35,200 viewers, ‘Crime Patrol’ at 23:30 with 35,100 viewers, ‘Crime Patrol Sartak’ at 22:30 with 29,300 viewers and ‘Mere Sai’ at 19:00 with 23,700 viewers. New show ‘Ishaaron Ishaaron Mein’ opened up with 5,300 viewers at 20:30.

On Hum TV, ‘Bharam’ at 22:00 led with 16,800 viewers, followed by ‘Mannchalay’ at 18:30 with 14,500 viewers and ‘Love Ke Liye’ at 18:00 with 9,800 viewers.

On Star Bharat, ‘Savdhaan India’ at 17:30 raked in 15,400 viewers, followed by ‘Musakaan’ at 20:00 with 13,200 viewers and ‘Pyaar Ke Papad’ at 19:30 with 10,700 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Silsila’ stayed top with 15,500 viewers at 22:30, followed by new show ‘Bahu Begum’ repeat at 00:30 with 8,600 viewers (original at 22:00 with 8,500 viewers) and ‘Vish’ at 23:00 with 8,300 viewers.

On ZEE TV, ‘Guddan’ topped ratings with 20,200 viewers at 18:30, followed by ‘Punar Vivah’ at 13:30 with 11,000 viewers and ‘Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain’ at 14:00 with 9,800 viewers.
