‘Junior MasterChef’ remained the most watched show at the weekend with the biggest audience last night, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.

The children’s cookery show at 21:00 pulled in 121,500 viewers – peaking at 152,500 viewers on Star Plus. In second place was ‘Bigg Boss 7’ on Colors with 85,800 viewers featuring star guests Shahid Kapoor and Ileana D’Cruz. In third was crime thriller ‘Arjun’ with 83,600 viewers on Star Plus.

The others in the pecking order were ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’ featuring Anil Kapoor, which got 66,400 viewers. ‘Savdhaan India’ on Star Life Ok got 47,200 viewers at 20:00, while the second episode at 22:00 got 26,500 viewers. On Rishtey, Pakistani drama ‘Maat’ was top with 22,200 viewers and ‘India’s Got Talent’ was next with 21,000 viewers.

Amongst the movies last night, the premiere of ‘Fukrey’ (2013) pulled in 43,200 viewers on Star Gold at 20:00 – peaking at 81,500 viewers. On UMP Movies, ‘Special 26’ starring Akshay Kumar got 28,600 viewers at 21:00.
