The semi-final weekend of ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’ on Colors managed to work its way to the top of the UK Asian TV ratings on Saturday night, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.

The show, which aired between 21:00 and 22:30 drew 92,800 viewers – peaking to 134,100 viewers. ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’ was easily the most watched Asian show on UK television beating Star Plus, Rishtey and Hum TV. ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’ at 22:30 pulled in 37,500 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Pyar Ka Dard Hai’ maintained lead with 73,700 viewers, followed by ‘Ek Hasina Thi’ with 70,900 viewers and ‘Saathiya’ got 62,000 viewers.

On Hum TV Europe, ‘Zindagi Gulzar Hai’ pulled in record viewership at 21:00 for the channel. It delivered 70,100 viewers between 21:00 – 22:00 – peaking at 119,600 viewers. ‘Firaaq’ at 20:00 raked in 45,300 viewers.

On Rishtey, ‘India’s Got Talent’ pulled in 19,400 viewers at 21:30, followed by Pakistani show ‘Numm’ at 20:30 with 9,900 viewers.

On Star Life Ok, ‘Savdhaan India’ topped ratings with 38,900 viewers, followed by ‘Dare 2 Dance – Xtreme Reality’ at 22:00 with 14,000 viewers. The main show ‘Dare 2 Dance’ at 20:30 could only manage 1,200 viewers.
