Reality show ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’ bowed out on a high in UK ratings last night, even though the series in general underperformed, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.

The former child artiste Faisal Khan was crowned winner of the series last night. It was watched by an average 87,100 viewers from 21:00 – peaking at 137,200 viewers – the biggest audience for the show since its launch. ‘Ishq Ka Rang Safed’ at 20:30 was in second with 51,700 viewers.

On Star Plus, the most watched show ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 with 145,500 viewers, followed by ‘Mere Angne Mein’ at 17:30 with 92,300 viewers and ‘Suhani Si Ek Ladki’ at 18:30 with 85,600 viewers.

On Rishtey, ‘Thapki’ continued its lead with 78,700 viewers at 20:00.

On &TV, ‘Deal Or No Deal’ was top with 9,800 viewers, followed by ‘Tujhse Naraaz Nahi Hai Zindagi’ at 19:00 with 8,600 viewers and ‘Agent Raghav’ at 21:00 with 3,300 viewers.

On Hum TV, ‘Dastaan’ ruled with 56,200 viewers at 21:00, followed by ‘Mol’ at 20:00 with 53,600 viewers and ‘Extras’ at 19:00 with 19,200 viewers. ‘Mr Shamim’ at 19:30 with 13,300 viewers was in fourth.

On Geo TV, ‘Aasamanon Pe Likha’ at 20:00 was in front with 26,700 viewers, followed by ‘Mera Yahan Koi Nahi’ at 21:00 with 12,900 viewers.

On SAB TV, movie ‘Mohabbatein’ at 13:55 was watched by 26,700 viewers – peaking at 113,800 viewers, followed by ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’ at 21:30 with 14,800 viewers. ‘Police Factory’ at 19:00 and ‘Comedy Superstar’ at 20:00 both raked in below 1,000 viewers.
