Overnights: IPL 2019 gives Star Gold UK triple the share of No.2 rival
Star Gold UK registered more three times the share of its No.2 rival in UK ratings on Saturday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.
The coverage of two matches of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2019) on Saturday gave Star Gold UK a huge victory. The first match between Rajasthan Royals and Mumbai Indians at 11:15 attracted 51,100 viewers. The second match between Delhi Capitals and Kings XI Punjab at 15:20 pulled in 55,900 viewers.
Despite the warm weather during the Easter bank holiday weekend, Star Gold’s share was at 0.34%, followed by PTC Punjabi with 0.10%, Colors and Sony Entertainment Television with 0.09%, Hum TV with 0.08%, Star Plus and New Vision TV with 0.05% and ZEE TV and Geo TV with 0.02%.
