Overnights: IPL 2019 continues to gather pace on Star Gold UK on Friday

Star Gold’s coverage of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2019) continued to generate interest in UK ratings on Friday, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsiaLive.com.

The channel’s share jumped to 0.20%, keeping it ahead of its rivals. Star Plus was in second with 0.12%, followed by Hum TV with 0.10%, Sony Entertainment Television with 0.09%, PTC Punjabi and Geo TV with 0.07%, New Vision TV and Sony SAB TV with 0.05%, Star Bharat with 0.03%, Colors with 0.02% and ZEE TV fell to 0.01%.

The IPL 2019 match between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Kolkatta Knight Riders at 15:15 was watched by 68,000 viewers on Star Gold. Its repeat telecast at 19:45 pulled in another 6,300 viewers.

On Star Plus, ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ at 19:30 was watched by 57,100 viewers, followed by ‘Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala’ at 20:30 with 49,600 viewers, ‘Krishna Chali London’ at 20:00 with 45,500 viewers, ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ at 21:00 with 38,000 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ at 22:00 with 36,400 viewers, ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ at 21:30 with 30,400 viewers and ‘Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji’ at 19:00 with 22,300 viewers.

On Sony TV, ‘Crime Patrol’ was top show with 29,800 viewers at 22:00, followed by ‘Mere Sai’ at 18:45 with 22,600 viewers and ‘Patiala Babes’ at 21:00 with 17,600 viewers.

On Colors, ‘Silsila’ was watched by 16,100 viewers at 22:00, followed by ‘Kesari Nandan’ at 20:30 with 10,600 viewers.

On ZEE TV, ‘Tujhse Hai Raabta’ led at 01:30 (repeat) with 11,500 viewers and ‘Ishq Subhan Allah’ at 21:30 with 10,900 viewers.
